Daily Rhythm Type
Daily Rhythm Type is a 8-item self-report assessment that usually takes about 3 minutes. Discover your high-energy hours, preferred start, and a more comfortable way to arrange the day.
It helps you observe when activation comes more easily and how much fixed pacing or environmental cues matter. It explores scheduling preference and is not a sleep-medicine assessment.

What this test explores
The result covers morning activation, steady pacing, evening activation, and flexible adaptation. Questions ask about recurring reactions in ordinary situations. Answer from what you usually do, not the response that sounds most desirable.
How scoring works
Each of four directions has two original items converted to a percentage, with the highest used for the current rhythm summary. Work schedules, care responsibilities, sleep loss, and jet lag can strongly affect answers.
How to use the result
Use the result to experiment with timing for demanding work, routine tasks, and breaks, then observe for two weeks. It cannot identify a sleep disorder, justify chronic sleep restriction, or replace medical advice.
When a retake is useful
Answer during a relatively rested and stable week. A result during shift work, travel, or temporary sleep loss represents that special context.
Privacy and important limits
Answers, progress, and free results stay in the current browser. They are not uploaded with analytics or payment events. This original assessment is for self-reflection and conversation. It is not a clinical instrument, diagnosis, medical or sleep advice, relationship verdict, ability measure, or hiring decision.

Common questions
Are higher percentages better?
No. A percentage describes the relative strength of one response pattern in this set of answers. It is not a score for maturity, health, or ability.
Can the result change?
Yes. Context, current state, interpretation, and new experience can change an answer pattern. Compare the full profile and the situations behind it rather than treating one label as permanent.
