Attachment Dimensions
Attachment Dimensions is a 24-item self-report assessment that usually takes about 5 minutes. Explore attachment anxiety and avoidance as two continuous relationship dimensions.
It helps you observe whether uncertainty in an important relationship more readily activates reassurance seeking, distance protection, or room for both connection and autonomy. It describes interaction tendencies rather than assigning a permanent attachment type.

What this test explores
The result covers two continuous dimensions: attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance. Questions ask about recurring reactions in ordinary situations. Answer from what you usually do, not the response that sounds most desirable.
How scoring works
Anxiety and avoidance each use 12 original items and are converted independently to 0–100. The summary uses a transparent threshold: a dimension at 56 or above is treated as more visible, while both below 56 produces a relatively secure summary. Both continuous scores remain visible.
How to use the result
Use the result to ask concrete questions, such as how you interpret a delayed reply or whether you return after pausing conflict. It cannot establish whether a relationship is safe or should continue, and it does not replace professional support.
When a retake is useful
Attachment behavior can vary by relationship and stage. When retaking, answer about the same kind of important relationship and note the context; do not treat one elevated score as a lifelong conclusion.

Common questions
Are higher percentages better?
No. A percentage describes the relative strength of one response pattern in this set of answers. It is not a score for maturity, health, or ability.
Can the result change?
Yes. Context, current state, interpretation, and new experience can change an answer pattern. Compare the full profile and the situations behind it rather than treating one label as permanent.
